Lagnesha in the 7th causes one to be reliant on the opinions of the spouse/friend circle. In addition, Parasara says that unless strong, Lagna lord in the 7th causes the spouse to be short-lived and will cause misfortune. But if the graha is strong, wealth and prosperity, and a wandering nature, are indicated. The house in which Lagna lord is placed shows where it draws energy from to sustain the native. Hence the concerned relative suffers.
