The reason is that there is a chara karaka replacement between your atmakaraka and amatyakaraka, and Jupiter is being left with the burden of handling your work. Jupiter is in the third from arudha lagna and neecha in the navamsa, which should be good for professional success, but being retrograde, makes this only short lasted. To remedy this you need to worship Sri Vishnu. This you can do with the mantra; Om Namo Naraayanaaya. As for your areas of profession. Your amatyakaraka is Jupiter and is aspected by Venus, which can indicate the line of the arts.
