Guest guest
Respected Visti ji Namaskar, Sanjay ji's article gives the meaning for a retrogade planet being the Atmakaraka. (Deep rooted desire) What is the meaning of debilitation of Atmakaraka in Rasi and Navamsa ? When seeing the Karakamsa sign from the Navamsa Lagna 6 and 8 indicate suffering and past sins. Others are relatively good. Can this be taken as a quick rule to find out the life the native will have. For example in my case 4 indicates Karma Yoga and it is true. Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Saimohan, Namaskar When a planet is debilitated in navamsa it is called a Raja-bhanga karaka. This causes the native to suffer in life when that planet gets activated. The reason for the suffering is because of adharma... see Vishnu is the devata of the navamsa chart, and his main purpose is to support dharma... a weak planet in navamsa indicates adharma has been done in the past lives and dur-bhagya will result. So when the atmakaraka is debilitated in the navamsa, then the atma is carrying this adharma with him, and this can give very low ideals or self-worth due to this. If this happens in the rasi as well, then the low ideals are actually felt and seen in life. Since this becomes a vargottama placement, this can give health problems, but will still give good name and reputation, as its a benefic planet. Guest guest
color:#FF0080">||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Sourav, Namaskar The remedy is without a doubt the worship of the Jyotirlinga of the atmakaraka to lift the native out of debilitation and give them the light to move ahead in life. Debilitation is basically a cause of pravrajya, and in the D20 chart it causes you to loose attachment for something, or give up/renounce some objective. Preferably these planets are Venus and/or Mercury, as then the renunciation becomes conducive towards sanyasa, but even then, if they are not associated with the eighth house in vimsamsa, then their renunciation does not lead to spiritual transformation. Just take Srila Prabhupadas chart as an example. Spiritual growth is always greater after suffering... so yes. Guest guest
Dear Visti-ji, namaskar. Kindly elaborate a little more on how the worship of jyotirlingam corresponding to Me AK should be done. I have no clue. In My Navamsa, Me is aspected by AmK Su and Ju is aspecting Me by graha drishti. Earlier, you gave me the mantram: Om Namah Shivaaya Somnaathaaya Haum Vam Shah. And I chant that. But that was for Mo under aspect of three malefics in Rasi Chakra. Guest guest
Dear Visti-ji, namaskar. I am putting this as a seperate personal question. In case of my Vimsamsa, Lagnesha (Sa) is retrograde+debilitated in 4H and 4L (Ma) is exalted but debilitated in Lagna - and thus they have parivartana as well. The only connection with 5H is that 5L Sun is in 5H with rasi drishti to Lagna. Kindly explain the effects. Much grateful. Guest guest
color:#FF0080">||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Sourav, Namaskar The dispositor and karaka of your Moon are both well placed and can help you out of the curse. And with karaka-Jupiter in lagna Shiva will definitely listen to your prayers, so worship of Shiva in any form for you is perfectly acceptable. Now normally for planets debilitated we worship Mahavidyas, but since theres talk of atmakaraka, the mantra for the jyotirlinga is a very good idea. Here the Mercurial form is Malikaarjunaaya. I’m sure you can figure out the rest. Guest guest
color:#FF0080">||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Sourav, Namaskar This is a very confusing combination. Are you sure that your d20 lagna is correct? Firstly the fourth house in vimsamsa supports dhyana yoga, and the grama-devata. The retrogression tells us about your ideals, and here the exaltation-retrogression of Mars is making you very idealistic, but is destroying your meditation/dhyana yoga due to anger/frustration. This is happening because you forget the dhyana/conceptualization as indicated by Saturns debility in fourth house. This parivartana is not auspicious because of the mismatch between Saturn and Mars. You need to learn how to imagine the deity better. Try staring at an image of the deity for a few minutes and then try to remember that form afterwards. That should help. Guest guest
Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar. First of all much thanks for your steady help. I always confuse myself with my D-9/D-20/D-24 lagnas and cannot rectify it properly. Here are the events of my life which might help. 1. Came to US for studies-- Aug 2000 2. Accident in Car -- March 2004 3. Received spiritual initiation from a very accomplished Guru of Sri Ramakrishna Sangha -- May 15 2004 Would you see if you can ascertain the Lagna in D-20 ? I keep switching back and forth. With Aq. lagna 9L Ve can give initiation in Mo-Ve Dasa (Dwisaptati Sama Dasa) ? Visti-ji, kindly help me rectifying as it confuses me thoroughly and might make me apply false logic. Also, kindly give some hints about how to worship jyotirlingam corresponding to Me AK. Guest guest
|| Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat || Dear Saurav, Can you attach your chart please? or birth data. Best Wishes, Ramesh [] On Behalf Of SouravFriday, February 17, 2006 2:13 PMTo: Subject: Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Karakamsa || Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar. Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar. Many thanks for confirming. The initiation is in shakta mantra and devi mantra is also given later. Now with this change D-9/D-10/D-24 -- all lagnas change and I am back to vargottama navamsa! Did you use only initiation event? As you can see I am very eager to have a fixed chart to work with, as for the last one year I keep switching lagnas and get confusing. Thanks again for your help. Best wishes, Sourav ============================================================== , "Visti Larsen" <visti wrote: > > ||Hare Rama Krsna|| > > Dear Sourav, Namaskar > > Aqua vimsamsa looks right. Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Sourav, Namaskar I've always been using Mithunamsa for you, but we need to be more clear. You said that you have a problem with the imagination of the devata... well... If it is makara lagna, then its a problem in imagining. If it is kumbha lagna then its a problem in concentrating (dharana - tenth lord in twelfth). But kumbha lagna has perfect imagination (fourth house having two very strong planets). So please clarify. As per the diksha it is more likely Kumbha-vimsamsa. Best wishes, *** Visti Larsen For services and articles visit: http://srigaruda.com or http://astrovisti.com *** [] On Behalf Of Sourav 18 February 2006 01:28 Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Karakamsa || Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar. Guest guest
Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar. I have an interrelated problem with imagination and concentration which can affect each other. Normally ( not just in Spiritual case) I have a very vivid imagination. For example, when I talk to a person on phone I suddenly imagine, quite involuntarily, what color the dress of the person has and it comes out true, well at least most of the times. In dreams as well, the vision is mostly very vivid. (Could it be because of Janma Nakshatra being Chitra ?). Anyway, I think the problem could be in dharana as I start with a clear image but the mind seems to occupy something else later. I am struggling with this for some time. With Aq. Vimsamsa, it makes more sense and Intiation takes place in Mo-Ve dasa (Dwisaptati Sama) with A5 lord Ju aspecting them from the 10H. Also, as you may have already noted, Ma -Ve has Charakaraka replacment and Ve is C-BK now. my age at that time is also around the replacement time. I met my Guru-ji for the first time and within about a week and a half I was bestowed with diksha. With Drig Dasa the event is in Sc-Ta-Aq. Now this changes D-10 Lagna to Pisces. I not remember that I received a job in the Mo-Mo-(Sa or Ra) period right while I was finishing my bachelors, but I never joined the job as I had to come to the US for further studies. Mo is in 8H with Sa and Ra conjoining A5. Being in the 8H, I never joined it, could it be so ? On April 14, 2000 (in India) I suddenly received news about from my present professor that he wants to fund me in US and I should come to this university. This is the same Mo-Mo-Ra period where Mo is in AL in D-24 in the 5H. But with Mithunamsa which is vargottama, Me is in Kendra to Lagna makes it all the more important to strengthen Me. Me is Lagnesha in Rasi and Navamsa and is AK. It is also in the D-24 Lagna and is a very key planet in the Vimsamsa being 8L (upasana) in the 5H (devotion). Me is equally important for jyotisha studies as it is involved in Dhimantah yoga and Saravali states that Me in 6H (that too in Sc) give jyotisha knowledge. Thus Me is perhaps the most important planet in my chart and I must strengthen it. Thank you a lot or suggesting Malikaarjunaa Mantra. I will try to practise it with sincerety. How many malas should I do daily? Any other spiritual practice can you suggest ? I have heard about Budhashtami vrata but not clear about it. One last question, isn't it also important that I need to strengthen (Ma) as it is debilitated in Rasi chart ? Ma is both Janma Vara Lord and Nakshtra lord and according to Sanjayji's Panchanga class, Ma is very important for sustenance. Mo gives neechabhanga to Ma and the same Mo is under affliction from Sa and Ra. The only hesitation is that Ma is 6H-co-lord, although, Ke is the stronger lord. Please suggest. Guest guest
color:#FF0080">||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Sourav, Namaskar Uff... long mail by you. Your a very sincere student, your guru must be proud. For health the best thing is Nakshatra pujam. Everyone should learn the devata of their nakshatra and do a nakshatra-devata homa once a year, when the nakshatra-day comes. For example, you should wait until the Sun is in Dhanus (natal month) and Moon is in Chitra (janma nakshatra), and on that day you should do a puja for Tvastar, your Nakshatra Devata. This is advised by Parasara and Mantreshvara, as well as Vashishta, who add that one should also do Mrityunjaya on that day! If you can’t wait, then do it every month on the birth nakshatra. To make it easier for us, Sanjayji has given mantras for each of the nakshatras in his book: Vedic Remedies in Astrology. I.e. for Tvastha its: Om Vishvakarmane Namah. There is another mantra which is longer, but more recommendable. Best wishes, *** 10.0pt;font-family:bookman;color:navy">Visti Larsen 10.0pt;font-family:bookman;color:navy">For services and articles visit: http://srigaruda.com color:navy"> or 10.0pt;font-family:bookman">http://astrovisti.com *** font-family:Tahoma;font-weight:bold"> [] On Behalf Of Sourav 18 February 2006 14:37 Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Karakamsa 12.0pt"> || Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar. Guest guest
*Om Gurave Namah* *Om Namah Sivaya* Dear friends, While karkamsa topic is being talked about, I came across a typical chart having debilitated but vargottam Atmkakrka Venus . Chart has also feature of chara karaka replacement possibility. To me it is complex situation and seeks expert opinion on related technical situation. I do not have any specific question in mind at the moment nor did native ask any thing. Her Data is DOB 5 November 1977 TOB 5:15 AM POB 27N11, 78E02 TZ 5H 30 M Educative analysis will be appreciated. Some may be interested to have more information .Native is doing Doctorate in Psychology and got job of teaching on 3 rd Jan 2006. Thanks. Best wishes, *** Visti Larsen For services and articles visit: http://srigaruda.com or http://astrovisti.com *** [] On Behalf Of Sourav18 February 2006 14:37To: Subject: Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Karakamsa || Hare Rama Krishna || Dear Visti-ji, Namaskar.
