Respected Sir Saurav and Rafel,

 

What should i say ? You guys are grossly wrong. Almost 90 % wrong....

 

Here is my life story.

 

I was born in a lower middle class family. Relationship from my

mother side ( my mamaji) are/were IAS officiers and bank managers in

New Delhi. While people from my dad side are doing class 3 or class 4

jobs.

 

Here is the glimpse on my professional life...

 

I wanted to stood first in my class since i know about myself. I

wanted to be first because i wanted to be popular and famous. I tried

it from 4th to 10th standard. Here is the results

 

4th Class -- stood 8th in the class

5th Class -- stood 7th in the class

6th Class -- stood 4th in the class

7th class -- stood 3rd in the class ( prize for being 3rd )

8th class -- stood 3rd in the class ( prize for being 3rd and i won a

GK competition too in school)

9th class -- stood 1st in the class ( honored in the class and won

another GK competition )

10th class ( and in board exams in the school ) -- stood 1st in the

class. And got highest marks in maths and science in whole district.

 

Then i gave up chasing this dream of coming 1st in the class because

i acchieved it.

 

In 11th and 12 class, i studied very lightly.

 

Then it came in my mind what to do now ? I heard about IIT ( Indian

Institute of Technology ) so i thought lets CRACK IIT - JEE.

 

I prepared for IIT -JEE for 1 year. I joined a private institute for

IIT preparation and did not take admission in a college. BUT I could

not get success in IIT .Infact i got success nowhere. No success in

IIT, nore in Roorkee, neither in REC Allahabad.

 

All of my friends, parents and relatives advised me to join B.Sc. and

then prepare for the IIT along with B.Sc.. I said No ! Let me try one

more year and then whatever you advised me to do. I studied one more

year. This time i did not take any private coaching. I used to study

whole day from morning to mid-night. I decided that if i could not

get admission this time then i will commit suicide. There is no

reason for living a mediocre life.

 

BUT i got admission in IIT . I also got admission in REC allahabad

with a very high rank.

 

Now i went to study Metallurgy in IIT. It was August 2004. My sani

mahadasa and sani sadesati started from this time. As it started i

left home for higher education. Dont know why but suddenly i got

interested in studying Astrology and Meditation. This 'spritual

attitude' made me lazy. Finally in my 3rd semester (august 2001-

december 2001), i got F grade. I was very disappointed and it was all

because of my laziness.

 

I started studing more and improved my grades. But i was worried how

these lower grades are going to help me. I had this keen interest in

going abroad. So i applied for Internship in different countries in

europe. I got internship from Sweden. Professor in Sweden was paying

for return air fare and for living cost too. ( it was summer 2003)

 

This offer made me very famous. Because this kind of opportunity is

open only for top 2 or 3 students in the class and i had very low

rank in the class. I was in Stockholm (sweden) from 6th may 2003 to

12 july 2003.

 

This offer made me to see a different world and then my desire for

higher education from western country enhanced too much.

 

August 2003 to May 2004, it was my 4th and final year of engineering.

I sit for a job in Infosys but i could not get it. And i was not sad

because my main intention was to go abroad for higher education not

for job. I took GRE and TOEFL exams and did ok in these.

 

Then in the month of January 2004, i sit for BALCO ( bharat aluminium

corporation limited). Very surprizingly i got the job with a salary

of 24,000 per month. On 14th Feburary 2004, i got first offer for PhD

from University of Denver colorado. Head of the department in Denver

told me that i will get complete tuition fee waiver and stipend of

1500 dollars per month for living expenses.

 

In march 2004, i got offer for Phd from University of Wisconsin -

milwaukee. This university was paying complete tuition fee waiver and

1600 dollars a month for living cost.

 

In march 2004, i got offer for M.S. from university of louisiana-

lafayette. This university was paying for complete tuition fee waiver

and 600 dollars a month for living cost.

 

 

These all offers had to started from August 2004. I had 2 months of

summer (2004) in my hand. I thought lets go outside for some sort of

internship in europe as i went in 2003. So i applied and i got from

University of Vienna, Austria. Professor in Vienna, was paying for

return air fare and for living cost in vienna. I went to visa

counsulate in new delhi for Austria-visa. But i was facing some

problem there. On facing these problems ,my father advised me not to

go there and spend time with my family. He also said that i am

already going to US in august so why not spend 2 months with family.

 

So i did not go to vienna. I went to US in august 2004. From August

2004 till december 2004, time was absolutely fine.

 

Then i met this girl ( Stephanie ) in my class (from Jan 2005). And

after that I am facing this court case.

 

Currently i am still facing court case and if i lost it i will be

deported. I am continuing my master of science in chemical

engineering from university of louisiana lafayette.

 

I will finish it in the month of april.

 

My acchievements in Master degree are 'Higher GPA', 'Two Research

Papers' in international publications and two papers in conferences

in San Antonio, Texas and Pittusburg, Pennsylvania. Along with this a

court case !!!

 

 

 

Currently i have applied in 8 universities for PhD program. They are

top rank universities. Results of these universities will start

coming from next week. I will update you regarding this. If i will

win the case and got complete funding for PhD then i will go for

higher education in the month of August.

 

My life time goal is that i want to be a CEO in a big MNC.
