Important hidden documents The question : "Where is my grandfather's document ?" The querent is meant by As Libra, with Guru in it. Chandra is in the 7th house in Mesha. His maternal grandfather, the mother's father : the 12th house (the ninth from the fourth - mother) and Ketu. The maternal grandfather's document : the 1st house and its lord. Ketu meaning maternal grandfather sits in the 12th house (btw, he was assassinated just after the war because the enemy wanted to know this document and he did not agree with). The querent and the lost thing have the same karaka : Venus. So, the querent may find the lost thing. Venus is in the 5th house (an intellectual one), with Mercury (general karaka for papers), in Makara. Venus and Mercury are unafflicted. OK ; but the question is "where" is the document. It is very important because the castle is large and my friend is asking where he should search, and if workers are needed in order to remove wooden walls, etc... the research may imply paying somebody to do some special work... So, the question is really : where is it necessary to search ? I think that as Venus is involved, maybe in a (even ancient) bedroom, near the library ? Another idea ? Arudha Lagna is supposed to indicate the place and direction. In Gemini indicates that the place is a playground or place of enjoyment, associated with some ladies (venus). Mercury is joined Venus and can indicate the south-eastern direction. I didn't know at all the role Arudha Lagna is playing in Prasna. Does Makara (where Mercury and Venus are) is meaning something more : unusual or unique places, where scientific research is done or where unique instruments are kept and stored, rooms furnished with antiques ? Another point : would it be useful to look at Nakshatras ? What was AARUDH sign /place occupied by Querrent, It could be of help. Hope recovery will take place but you will have to wait. What I've been taught is this : the most the karakas of the querent and of the lost thing are close, the least distance is between both of them. Here, they are joined in the 5th house in Makara ; so, I thought the documents were in the castle, this rasi being totally accurate, moreover. But Visti is thinking otherwise. "Karaka for lost objects is Saturn, and the 12th house." I never heard this. I was told the lost object - every good - to be seen from the 2nd house. And that the karaka/graha is different with each chart. I was never taught about lagnas in rasi and in navamsa in order to find the place where the lost thing could be ; and now, it is me who am lost because of several methods...
