It is that owning property is distinctly different from real estate business. Hence, when business is in question, 2nd house (11th from the 4th house) becomes important. Also the argalas and virodhargalas to the 4th house play a role in the success of business. Additionally, real estate business being a capital-oriented business, Dhanabhava and dhanakaraka becomes significant. If a person, cannot retain money, he cannot retain business also. So, one should also check 11-th from the AL to see such a prosperity. Someone can sell real estate and not make money at it, even though they are negotiating sometimes contracts worth millions of dollars. There is a difference between Mars,landed property and houses, homes (venus), ie.luxery items that people live in, and ag land someone grows plants on,etc regardless of what you sell, have to know about finance,business, and how to sell and make a deal and have people trust you. You might find these peoples charts interesting, they all are successful in negotiating sales of property and have been blessed with ability to obtain land/homes forthem selves as well.
