Rajnesh Osho had similar combination in seventh house which gave Him ajvika philosophy (believe that one must enjoy full satisfaction of senses and this will give aversion in next process). Phaldepika states that one with strong Venus in 4 graha yoga is engaged in sensual actvities within Sanyas asram. So it can give some blend of venus philosophy in this Sadhu Yoga (4 planets together). More depends on whole chart.
