I am not competent to activate someone's anahat chakra.

In Vedic Astrology Appendix 3 introduces about awakening of Kundalini.Anahat is

located in Astral body around place of heart.Planet moon rules it. Vishnu is

deity.

This text By Sanjay Rath gives three Mantra regarding activating,purifying and

withering kundalini too.

On theoretical side You can read Osho or Theosophical society

writing on website.Latest book on it is Hidden Mysteries of kundalini by R VenuGopalan.

On Practical side you may liketo attend Existential workshop

conducted By Swami sukhbodhananda of Bangalore.

Dear vikas ,

one more thing, i forget to tell anahat chakra is also activated

after a stage is reached in sadhana by worshiping Ista devata.

It will be beautiful if you first go through Vedic Remedies in astrology in

case, you are not attending workshop for intelluctual understanding .

Please do not attempt raising kundali by any method without

qualified Guru's help.I have seen scores of people going insane in the process.

I just wanted to know about activation of anahat chakra coz during

my pooja I feel a pressure sort of thing in anahat chakra so I jst

wanted to know the results I may expect.

Birt data will help in analysis of fruits of worship by V th house

D 20 and Ista devata and A5 .Usually in initial stage ignore discomfort or sensation .

be Neutral and be imagination -less and continue to feel and see deity dwelling

in Heart and continue with worship.

Seek further Guidence from your Diksha guru His spiritual energy will guide

you.Else some other experts may answer you

The heart is the center of your soul. Every phenomenon in life

and mild for you. Activating anahata - beautiful neon green colour

like green colour of wet grass - will activate the lower layers (and

centers) of the structure of your soul, which are the signs (ties) of

your previous-birth actions, and this may cause some pain after some

time of activation. One of the most natural way of activating

anahata - is to love people as Jesus Christ said. Try to love the
