Because at first look it seems like any other chart. Please give some hint at which point you are looking. What I look something extra in this chart is powerful Venus as it is far from Sun at maximum. Such Venus is very special and in my view Venus gives very good results in Virgo Asc. Otherwise chart is having some bad yoga(s) like Jup-Rahu, Merc.-Moon etc. and other planets are also seems week. Guru-Chandala yoga means conjunction of Rahu and Jupiter. Guru is Jupiter we alreadt know, and Chandal = Rahu. [i guess Chandal means something mean etc., not sure.] Similarly Sun-Rahu conjunction gives Aditya-Chandal yoga etc. This yoga gives tendency to act immoral, mean, illegal etc. It is also said to make the person cause terrorism and call in havoc etc. Jupiter's qualities are destroyed by terrorist Rahu ! Rahu is a very mean planet with destroying quality, very tamasic in nature. Thus when he joins the satvic Jupiter, the most benefic planet of virtue, dharma, he destroys this, at least weakens to a great scale.
