From Varshney JR- 39 Correct Birth Time - ???

I could not understand your theory !!

How this will help? Whatever troubles are there in

deciding Lagna are same with Nakshatra. Problem will

be as it is.

What do u mean by reading time of email ? Is it like

Prashna Jyotish ? Well but that can not be reliable

method.

It is something like prashna.

If you ask a question, the astrologer makes a horoscope for the moment that

you ask him. En when you write a question to an astrologer he makes a

horoscope for the moment he reads the question and the place where he is at

that moment. And that horoscope gives the answer to the question.
