Antaras are basically all same, but the quantity of good/bad are fixed by the maha dashas. This is what I see from my chart... For being tired and being quick, I will not consider the star disposition and any aspect on/from Sun or anything, just the basic thouht - 1A. 12L in 8H in VRY, so it will be good, prosperity. Esp Su is exalted. 1B. Sun rules Govt, domination, own properties, authority. So exalted Sun might bless you with authority, "owning" new things etc. 2. 12L exalted - expenditure will increase. You will buy expensive things. For point 1B, I am sure about point 2 0 they support each other. 3. Since malefic exalted in 8th house - it makes the 8H weak. 8H - sorrow, loneliness... so you might have nice happy / enjoyable time with others, always keeping company with cheerful people, never lonely/bored etc. 4. 8th house is a house of adharma, lacks in moral. You might did things lacking in moral, which was not right for you to do so. Which wasnt good to do ;-) If you did anything like this, you kept it hidden. [8th house] Point 3 and 4 supports each other. 5. The thing might be related to any signification of 12L, or Ve since Su is 12L, and joins Ve. Look up the significations of 12L, Ve... 6. This is a very lengthy and laboursome process - very tough path. Most to most it is not possible and they go consult an astrologer to know about their future. I have gone to astrologers but somehow the answers they gave me were always not very satisfactory ...
