Waxing and Wanning Moon Doubt

Hi,

I was reading a document regarding marriage compatibility and there I

encountered terms on Waxing and Wanning Moon .

I would request all learned members to please clarify the difference

and how to determine the moon state ?

To find out the waning and waxing moon, look also at the Sun. If the Moon is

within the first seven houses from Sun then it is waxing Moon if the Moon is

above 8th to 12th house then it is waning Moon which is a malefic.

Transit Sun has moved into Makara (Capricorn).

 

Transit Moon 7th from Transit Sun is full moon. In this case it is

7th from Capri which is Cancer. So Mid point of Cancer becomes full

moon. Transit Moon is in Virgo right now so is waning and has

crosses the full moon point.

 

1st from Sun becomes Full Moon.

 

Any other thoughts on this?

Dear Sonu,

 

Also you may like to use the software provided by Shri

PVR Ji by name Jagannatha Hora Lite. It's a free

software. You can see the key info in that software.

If Moon is of Krishna Paksha, it is waning moon, if

moon is of Shukla Paksha, it is waxing moon.

So if moon is placed in 8th house then it is waning moon and malefic?
