Some more points:

Mars is in ARIES in Transit and in own in Natal in 8th, so this is a

very troublesome period for the native. Also TRANSIT RAHU is in

ARIES. This is a very deadly, very POTENT MALEFIC COMBO. RAHU in 4th

is aspecting Transit RAHU conjunct with Transit MARS conjunct with

Natal Mars... all lying in the dreaded 8th. Further more RAHU is

aspecting itself back to Natal position through 9th aspect from

TRANSIT. Transit Mars is in own with RASI MARS FIRING in full POTENT

MALEFIC FLOW and aspecting 3rd whose sign LORD is also MARS. So

propitiating RAHU and MARS becomes very very important. This is very

important!!!!

Since Yuvati Lord is Guru and RAHU is known to significate YONI

YUVATI BHANGA , it will cause the native to get married. It will in

all happen when RAHU finds itself along with "Beauty" signifying

VENUS. This can happen when RAHU and VENUS are with each other in

transit or VENUS is in own in Libra or Taurus or in Pisces. In all 3

cases the Native will get engaged and then get married (in any

combination) since RAHU is unpredictable and will decide the course

which best suits him.

Further more since "Rahu Sthanesh" {lord of Rahu Sthana} is Guru and

Yuvati Bhavesh is also Guru, it seems almost as if the reflection

from RAHU acting as a mirror cannot be clearer. The Dasa Guru/Guru

coming up later will be very troublesome in

the "Marriage/Relationship Plane". Further more it will cause

trouble significating first child in 5th.

So for now the native must APPEASE RAHU and MARS and later on when

the Guru Dasa start MUST Appease Guru through proper prayer

and "Remedy".

Dear Sanjayji, Harishji and Dharmanandaji,

Thanks for the detailed note, I am addressing some more things here since I know

the person very well .

The marriage was fixed and broken with-in Dec 19-27, 2003. So your observation

that this happened when the antardasha changed from Rahu-Moon to Rahu-Mars is

very correct.

The person is reasonably down to earth and quite a balanced individual – very

much loved and admired among his friends and relatives. He is also very well

educated with engineering degree and two masters in business from USA and holds

a very good character. He also belongs to a very well to do and rich family with

father a leading business man in India. His brother is also very well placed in

USA.

The person has done extremly well in his career till now and holds a strong bank

balance. Your observation that in subperiods of Ketu he suffered career

setbacks is very correct. He had lost his job in 1997 Sep and had to return

back to India. In 1998, he had returned back to USA in dasha of Rahu-Venus. You

are also correct that he is going through a bad period currently as his career

is in tough situation and he is just hoping to somehow protect his job (current

economic situation in USA) and that is what is becoming another reason that he

is not comfortable in getting married although he is still looking for a

potential match..

As far as the guru dasha being troublesome, I somehow disagree. I feel that Guru

dasha should be really good for this person from career prosperity and financial

perspective. The reasons being Guru although is debilated, it looks at 11th

house with Uch drishti. Also it positively aspects the 9th house which is house

of luck and finally it also aspects the lagna. As far as the personal

troublesome Marriage aspect is considered in Jupiter Mahadasha that needs to be

seen.

I have just some quick questions on this horoscope and will appreciate your clarifications:

1] If he does not get married in Rahu dasha, is Jupiter Dasha supportive of

Marriage. Seems he is going to be now in USA and cannot go to India to get

married before Dec 2004.

2] If he decides to get married in Rahu dasha, can you please indicate the dates

when that can happen in 2004.?

3] Can bad things happen to his career in 2004 which he is expecting or he will

be fine with job and finances as earlier?

4] Do you agree with me that his Jup dasha will be good for his career?

I am learning astrology and hope to learn more from this interesting

conversation and also hope you will forgive me if it seems shallow knowledge

Hello Sanjay:

He is running RAHU/MARS till 2005 Jan. So appeasement of RAHU and

Mangal becomes imperative for all the reasons mentioned.

For marriage, Look at transits for VENUS. Transit Venus is in

Aquarius. It will enter PISCES (7th Yuvati of native) early next

month which will be a fortunate time for the native to hear soem

good news regarding life partner. Next movememnt of VENUS will be in

TAURUS in early April I believe will be even more fortunate for

marriage because Moon is standing all alone exalted in 9th house of

father and VENUS will be in own in 9th meaning that with blessings

of FATHER, the MArriage will solemnize. But dont forget RAHU, RAHU

is closely monitoring beauty all the way (VENUS) and will strike at

these opportune moments. How and when, only RAHU knows. The period
