beginner with a question help

hi,

i'm just starting out with learning vedic astrology. anyway, i

have made a prediction for someone on when they will get married and

what career they should choose. i told them to wait until you are

23, because both mars and saturn are in the 4th house in natal, and

there is a good chance to become a medical doctor. the problem i

have is the sun, mercury, venus and moon are all in the 12th house

of the natal chart. what kind of prediction should i make, because

the 12th house is related with loss and expenses, right? it can't be

good to have all four in the 12

I couldn't find coordinates for Surrey, BC in the online atlas. If you provide

them, I will look at this chart. Please copy it to my mail address. It is
