Your points are well taken. To have anger is Human. But should we

hold that anger for long or even a lifetime...is the essence of the

discussion...

When a young child gets angry, why does he let go instantly...When

we shout and show anger at our children, why do they forgive us

instantly...why? why ? why AS I mentioned in the article, the sole

essence is this:

"An EVOLVED person has very little anger left. His anger is like a

child's. Mark it. Like a CHILD's. Anyone who had children will

understand what I mean. It stays with him only for a short time. It

does not stay with him until he dies, like the anger of a snake or a

camel.

The scriptures say that the best kind of person holds on to his

anger only for a second, that an average person holds onto his anger

for half an hour, and that an inferior person holds onto his anger

for a day and night. BUT a soul who is full of sins remembers his

anger until he dies. When a person gets angry, he should forget his

anger quickly, because the longer he remembers it the more he will

burn his heart. Anger, jealousy, and other emotions cause great

restlessness inside."

I think the answer to the above is well abstracted in the entire

essence of the discussion. What really is the essence is the "LOVE

OF THE SELF" :-). Indeed a very subtle paradox. Isnt it? Love Thy

Self and hold onto Thyself. Know your Self. :-).

Warm Regards.
