Though I am new in this field but I am very interested about Indian astrology and now I am studying on it. Can any one tell me the effect of the Rahu in 9th house from ascendant and dragons tail (Ketu) is in 3rd house with mercury for Scorpio ascendant. I have seen in a Vedic astrology book that the person with moon in Scorpio or Scorpio ascendant suffers lot in the previous part of life and get happiness in the latter part of life, is it happen all the cases?
