Guest guest
Hi Souvik, >From the point of view of western occult correspondences (including astrological ones) I would absolutely agree that pink is a colour of Venus, though more the lilac type of pink, that is tending slightly to Mauve. However, a lot of jyotish sources (including Tanvir's web site) give the Sun for pink, and a few give Mars. That's why I was confused. Regards, Flick. Guest guest
Dear friends, The reason I was thinking about pink for Venus and Moon is as follow : Venus is Karaka for expenditure and costly items. It also stands for lust and pink moods. As we know pink dresses and other articles are all costy. They give feeling of love and lust. So I thought it to be associated with Venus. Moon gets easily influenced by anything. So with Venus, it may also become pinkish. I think pink pearls are costly jewel. Pink pearl can easily be associated with Venus and Moon combined. Guest guest
Thanks for this Inder. Why do you say pink dresses are costly? I can go to the market and buy cheap pink clothes. Barbie wears pink ;-) Are pink clothes expensive in your country? There are different shades of pink, so I wonder if they belong to different planets.
