Guest guest
Dear Rajeev, To conclude, if at all one can tune to the frequency the of Saturn, we have valuable lessons to learn. For Saturn has more power to make a person spiritual then any other planet. I did enjoy your mail and point of view on Sani. In a way we could say that no Graha is malefic in essence. If they were malefic by nature, then, how could we understand the fluctuations of Yugas swinging from a life devoid of knowledge (Kali Yuga) to a life lived in full accordance with Natural Law (Sat Yuga). When a Graha is acting maleficaly it is not to give us a lesson. Grahas do not give "lessons". You can "draw" lessons from their "play" but their purpose is not to give lessons (except when you are open to them and ask for guidance). When you act against their nature (that is YOUR nature as well, as you are the "Togetherness" of Grahas) then they reflect this disharmony back to you as Nature has to counterbalance your action to reestablish equilibrium. Both Grahas; Guru and Sani, are leading to wholeness... one by expansion of Consciousness, and the other by "point value" of consciousness... Both are leading to the experience of Fullness of Atma... and this is a natural process. The Outside expansion, embracing the outside wholeness of creation, and the Inside introspection, "diving" in the Inner wholeness of our Being. What Sani wants is for you to go inward, to cultivate the inner flow of attention (dyan) leading to a natural state of Consciousness; Turiya chetana. This is a "Natural" state of Consciousness as natural as waking, dreaming and sleeping. This is the State by which the transcendantal Being is infused in the relative field of Life... making lively a flow of "All Possibilities" (beyond any meaning of your Jyotish Chart), the pure field of Absolute Consciousness represented by Surya. Surya is Atma, the most fundamental value of Life... Atma IS Life. So why Chandra is said to be the most important Graha in Jyotish? As my Master was saying "My Guru is more than my God to me, because without Him I would not have known God. .... I heavily emphasized on the importance of the "in" and "out"... only Chandra, the mind, has this extreme flexibility to lead attention to the bigger than the biggest and the smaller than the smallest. Only the mind can flow in the direction of the outward world of action and to dive deep in the Inner reality of Life bringing this marvelous experience of pure restful alertness... Nothing can be done to make Atma stronger... Atma represented by Surya is transcendant, infinite, immortal, Absolute. And Meditation will not "unfold the self" as the self unfolds Itself by Itself to Itself. The wind does nothing to the sun; But it cleans away the clouds and the sun is found shining by its own light. A balanced life is a life lived alternatively inwardly, then outwardly, then inwardly, then outwardly... like a breathing... meditation, activity, in and out... (this is the symbolic of the Cross...) "Only if a situation is created in which the senses have a free inward and outward activity motivated by their own nature to enjoy, then it is possible for a man to realize that the greater intensity of happiness lies in the inward direction..." Depriving life of this most fundamental and "Vital" experience, will make life dry and miserable... grief and so on... Allowing ourselves to cultivate this inner experience leading to the Blissfull field of Absolute Energy and Pure Intelligence will make all aspects of your life Successful as your life will be a silent prayer singing day and night the glory of Brahm. Deep meditation properly balanced with a rich and dharmic activity (Sani and Guru) can be called a Pure Yagna and are the essence of Karma Yog. As the Lord said in the Gita: Bring your mind beyond the realm of the 3 gunas Arjuna... then Your mind permeated with this transcendantal field of Life, performs action...
