As seen from various sources the Time of birth is 21:40. 9th

December 1946 45N03 7E40.

Preparing KP chart with data clarifies the life of Mrs Sonia Gandhi.

Ascendent rising is Mercury star and RAHU sub in Cancer sign.

7th cusp is Capricorn sign Mars star and Rahu sub.

Saturn at 15 degree Cancer is in 12th house.( It should not be taken
