Balaji: One more observation about Rahu

Dear Balaji,

 

As you mentioned that Rahu eclipses planets but in my

horo Rahu is debilitated in scorpio sign. will it

signifies that rahu is not strong and therefore it is

not able to do much harm to Mars and Moon, though it

is placed with Mars & Moon???
