Wouldn't this imply that the sun is capable of overpowering the

nodes? Is that something that bears out in the physical or

astrological reality? Nodes eclipse lights (sun and moon) in the

physical reality and are considered equally capable in astrological

reality.

 

This is not a definitive statement, btw, but a call for 'manthan'!

The Kal-Sarpa dosha cancels in the following

conditions

 

1. If there is one of Panch Mahapursha yoga,

Budha Aditya yoga present in the horoscope.

 

2. If Jupiter is placed in quadrant.

 

3. If one planet is outside the range of Rahu and

Ketu.

 

4. If moon conjoins Mars situated in Aries,

Scorpio or Capricorn.

 

5. If the native has strong Gaj-Kesri yoga.

 

6. If Mars is placed in 10th.

 

7. If any plant conjoins Rahu-Ketu and its

degrees are more than Rahu-Ketu.

 

8. If Venus is situated in 2nd or 12th house in

the horoscope.

 

9. If Jupier, Venus, Saturn, Mars, Sun or Moon is

exalted or in own sign and conjoins with 4

planets in quadrants in the horoscope.
