For Goddess Durga you may chant Devi Mahatmya (also know as the Durga Saptasati or Chandi), a 700 verse poem. This should be available at any bookstore which stocks indology books. Brahma Muhurta, 3am to 6am, is the best time.Chanting this during the navarathri festival coming up in October, will be of great benefit.
