It also means that the current house is activated and effects will be felt more with respect to the significations for that house. In your case it is 7 house hence significations related to marriage,partnerships. The Atmakaraka in your case is retrograde and also a Baadhaka. Furthermore the combinations in the chart indicate some form of abhicara. The best remedy for negating any bad effects of 5 planets would be worshipping your Ishta Devataa God Kartikeya everyday.
