But now with the recent works done in last 2 months I am getting convinced that this is not right. Beeja mantras can be done for malefic planets too. But there are limitations and conditions. I am also getting convinced by my serious observation that there should be "no" or "less" use of the term "strengthening". Someone doing a wrong sort of remedy would get some good and some bad and then he would say that the planet was "strengthened" so he got some bad too because bad was strengthened too. But recently I have came to get some experiences that proves that this strnegthening theory is not correct, at least about mantras. I have used Sani Beeja mantras extensively for more than 1 month at a stretch in the past, and got some bad effects that a strengthened 6th lord would do, but I also got good results from the mantra that a strengthened 6th lord would never do and rather a propitiated planet would do. So my conclusion [right now, most modified] is that, planets do not get 'strengthened' by the mantras but they get propitiated. And this propitiation does NOT only mean reduce of the harm but also get more of the good that we call to be strengthened. So it is already the both ways. I am still not sure about gemstones in respect to strengthening. My experience is that gemstones does strengthen. However pure Hindu ways talk about purifying a gemstone before using, and also do puja etc., and who does that?
