Guest guest
I only have knowledge of the use of eclipses in western astrology. In western astrology eclipses are used in mundane astrology, for countries, governments and politics and such. There is also some effect in personal charts when it hits a planet within 2 degrees orb. Every eclips has his own character and occurs once every 18th year. So for delineation you have to combine character of the eclips with the planet and the house, hit by the eclips.
