Medically speaking - you are right about the load on kidney. The day you take

calcium tablets, take at least 2 litres of pure water. This will reduce the

pressure from kidney.

 

I do not think generally one needs more than than 3 tablets a week, each one of

500 mg. Consult your doctor for the best advice! :-)

Dear Sir

Once I took calcium tablets for many months. Then I stopped as calcium

overloads kidney. I will give it a try again. I also drink a glass of

milk everyday.

Being diabetic I should be careful abt kidney. Then I can't take pain

killers as it elevates sugar level in blood (even NSAID also for

me)and leads to hyper acidity. Looks like I have to suffer pain any

which way because of these contradicting conditions. May be this is

due to current mahadasa of atmkarak retro mercury in sixth house but

it started last year only. Last month I started undergoing acupuncture

treatment, it is definitely giving relief but still far from complete

relief.

I am enduring lot of physical pain from 1999 onwards. Everything is

centered around stomach/back/hip joints. First it was stomach which

never got diagnosed as I never went to any doctor , then 2003 onwards

it is back/hip joints which got diagnosed as ankylosing

spondylitis(kind of arthritis affecting spine and hip joints). I got

some respite in sat-jupiter period.

I want to know whether I will get any relief in future or this will

continue till end. Also I am single and diabetic. Only satisfactory

and steady thing in my life (at least till now) is my employment.

You should eat calcium. In saturn mahadasa sometimes people have less calcium in

their body.

Dear Sir

Saturn mahadasa got over last year and now its mercury

mahadasa(retro,placed with sun and ketu in 6th house) from nov 2003.

Also I started rahu(neecha in 12 th house but getting neecha bhang as

mars is in 4th house) mooldasa from 1999 and some say that moola dasa

is as important as vimsottari dasa.

Calcium makes bones very strong. Calcium should help you with your problem.

Please take Calcium for few days you will see some improvement.

Dear Sir

Once I took calcium tablets for many months. Then I stopped as calcium

overloads kidney. I will give it a try again. I also drink a glass of

milk everyday.

Being diabetic I should be careful abt kidney. Then I can't take pain

killers as it elevates sugar level in blood (even NSAID also for

me)and leads to hyper acidity. Looks like I have to suffer pain any

which way because of these contradicting conditions. May be this is

due to current mahadasa of atmkarak retro mercury in sixth house but

it started last year only. Last month I started undergoing acupuncture

treatment, it is definitely giving relief but still far from complete

relief.

I agree with you, your health problems are caused by diabetes, and diabetes is

caused by planets in your 6th house. So Please consult doctor before you take

any medicine. I take calcium sometimes as it helps me to keep my bones strong.
