As you have mentioned neecha banga is enjoyed by Lagnadhipati(Budha) and guru is afflicted by ketu, because of this problems may happen. Is there any remedy for it? Friends and money flow is governed by 11th house, and as per asthokavarga the house strength is highest than others, thats why I am surprising why I am not getting all this responsible for 11th house. I will try those non-astrological methods adviced by you and Mr Inder Ji, If any thing will help improve my present condition please advice me.
