if you meant you did not find Balaji's (quoted I assume) scale of

vimshopaka, then you are right! It is different in that fine

translation and commentary. The TRUE facts on the other hand are

covered over several pages, you should not miss it, look again!

Dear RR,

 

In Sharma's translation of BPHS, Sloka 26-27 (page148) is clear about

Vimshopaka Proportional evaluation. This gives increasing

auspiciousness with increase in strength of the planet.

 

i was not sure about R.Santanam's version.

 

Now, we know that the culprit is an internet version!

 

BTW thanks for that book of yours on astrology given by you

on 'Boloji'. It was about 3/4 years ago,i read that. Which ayanamsa

do you use?
