Guest guest
Dear friends, I have tried to do a small post-mortem on Veerappan's death. * Birth data: Hemant ji's data (Jan 18th 1952; 8:41 am; Kollegal [12n09, 77e07]) was used. The date of birth was also carried in Indian Express and Times of India, Bangalore Edition. The place of birth was given as Gopinatham village. Since I could not locate coordinates, I stuck to the place of birth mentioned by Hemant ji, namely Kollegal. Incidentally, all the non-astrological data was taken from Times of India, Bangalore Edition, dated 19/Oct/2004. * Dasas: He was born in Uttara Phalguna, a star owned by Surya. Since this was at the 4th Pada, Chandra Dasa started in Aug 1952. This was followed by Kuja Dasa (Aug 1962), Rahu Dasa (Aug 1969), Guru Dasa (Aug 1987), and Sani Dasa (Aug 2003). He died in Sani Dasa - Sani Bukti - Sukra Antar. Sani is the lord of 1 & 12 (5 & 6 from Chandra Lagna), while Sukra is the lord of 4 & 9 (2 & 9 from Chandra Lagna). * Some points: He committed his first murder in Rahu Dasa, in 1969 (of course, it could have been the end of the Kuja Dasa). In Rahu Dasa, he was imprisioned twice, in 1972 and again in 1986. In 1986, he apparently paid a huge bribe to get away. Guru Dasa saw him getting married (1991), and also saw him bearing children (in 1992 and 1993). Guru is a strange graha in his chart. From Chandra Lagna, he gives Hamsa Yoga, and throughout Guru's Dasa, he could strike terror with impunity. He suffered some setbacks, but overall, was strong. Apparently, Guru, who is an A-grade maraka, owning as he does the 2nd from Lagna and the 7th from Chandra Lagna, did not feel like killing him during his own period, and felt that he should be given a long rope with which he could conviniently hang himself in Sani Dasa! * Death: It is ironic to expect death in the period of the Lagnadipati and Trikonadipati, but Guru aspects both Sani and Sukra. This means that during Sani Dasa, there is a good chance that he could get killed. Sukra, the lord of the 2nd from Chandra Lagna, is aspected by Guru, the lord of the 2nd from the Lagna, and the lord of the 7th from Chandra Lagna. Sani in the 8th is supposed to give long life, if nothing else, but the combined Dasa/Bukti/Antar, and the aspect of Guru led to his undoing. It is important to study the first 10 degrees of the 8th house, which represents the 22nd drekkan. This is occupied by Chandra, and Chandra rules the left eye of males. It is said that Veerappan was going to consult an eye doctor, but the eye that was infected was not mentioned. Photos seem to indicate something wrong with the left eye. * Gochara: Only Sani (11) was favourable, with Rahu (8), Ketu (2), and Guru (1) occupying detrimental positions. The Srirangam Vaakya Panchangam, which we use at home for all religious matters, specifies that, when Guru transits the 1st house, one suffers from "Prana Bhayam" (fear of life). Further confirmation is provided by the Sarvato Bhadra Chakra analysis for 18/Oct/2004, which is given below: *** SARVATO BHADRA CHAKRA ANALYSIS *** For UPha, Sury affecting Chit [03] = -2 For UPha, Sury affecting PBha [14] = -2 For UPha, Sury affecting Mool [08] = -0 For UPha, Sury affecting Mrig [21] = -2 (UPha.Sury -6 For UPha, Chan affecting Jeys [07] = +0 For UPha, Chan affecting Push [24] = +2 For UPha, Chan affecting Swat [04] = +2 For UPha, Chan affecting Aswi [17] = +2 (UPha.Chan 6 For UPha, Budd affecting Swat [04] = +2 For UPha, Budd affecting Sata [13] = +2 For UPha, Budd affecting Jeys [07] = +0 For UPha, Budd affecting Rohi [20] = +2 (UPha.Budd 6 For UPha, Sukr affecting PPha [27] = +2 For UPha, Sukr affecting Aswi [17] = +2 For UPha, Sukr affecting Push [24] = +2 !!! When we do this, we find that: * Surya is afflicting Lagna, while Kuja is afflicting Day, and Ketu, Name. However, Guru protects Day, and Budha protects Name. Guru, though a maraka in the birth chart, is a protecter in SBC. We also need to consider the natural power of a Graha - so, Guru can protect Day fully from Kuja, but Budha can only offer partial protection from Ketu's affliciton of Name. * Sani is afflicting Janma Nakshtra (1) and Vinash Nakshtra (23). Sukra is protecting Abhishek Nakshatra (27), but only partially, because Rahu is afflicting the same. Shri Dilip Devare, who runs the excellent site sarvatobhadra.com, has mentioned the following possibilities of death for the above afflictions: Janma Nakshtra (1): Fall from height, drowning, attack from wild animals Vinash Nakshatra (23): Strong blows or disease of fasting Abhishek Nakshatra (27): Cruelty of government officials, bondage, imprisonment In essence, death occured because of affliction of critical components of the SBC - AND, more importantly, because the Dasa/Bukti fully supported the same. SBC alone cannot be used to predict death or anything else, but it can finetune the results seen from birth chart analysis.
