I've seen that this conjuction leads to excessive sexuality; however, it doesn't mean that the native will be unfaitful to the spouse. The excesses can be with his/her own spouse; unless offcourse, Rahu aspects this conjunction. Now, I've observed in a few horoscopes that Sun and Venus conjuction leads the native to sexual excesses and ignoring of social norms. Such natives will seek sexual alliances outside of the marriage as well. Such natives are also taken sexual advantage of. And, even if Jupiter is aspecting this combination, it doesn't help. If Rahu conjucts or aspects the Sun-Venus conjuction, this native can be a prostitue. I've seen a few horoscopes of prostitues with birth time based on hospital-card and this combination Sun-Venus-Rahu appeared to be a common theme.
