However Venus + Mars will definately,But good aspects from stronger Jupiter will always help him out to get away with it or stop him from indulging in such activity. However Rahu + Venus will 100% makes a person involvement in affairs.But that would be definately temporary one's.Even just alone Rahu can create such a scenario. Sun + venus Excess that you are talking about is act,means while that person is into act,he might be aggresive or too much involved or commanding to his wife,but affair I doubt. You have to see the placements in the houses and dasa/bhukti/antram running to see what is what. Planet in 7th house will give marriage if they are properly connected with 2nd house(family) or 11th house (wish). And also when proper time has come as per dasa/bhukti. Person may remain unmarried and may indulge say at the age of 40+ if dasa/bhukti so decide. In Kp, sex with multiple partners is seen with reference to the indication given by 7th cusp and 5th cusp. If multiple partners are shown then 2nd house cusp if connected to 11th indicate sex without marriage and connection with 7th means marriage bondage. For sex workers Rahu, Sat, Venus etc connected with profession houses ie 6th, 10th, and 2nd are to be seen otherwise mere combination of Sun+Rahu+Venus may not indicate Sex workers. Ketu combined with Venus or other planet also does not indicate any restriction. If these are indicative of Sex then Ketu should also indicate excesses. If Rahu and Venus are placed such that they are not getting time for frucification of events, they would not give such results.
