Hello Mr Dave,

 

Currently you are pasing through the dasa of 7th and 10th lord located in

9th(12th from 10th).Even antar and pratyantar lord is also in 9th in simha in

his friends nakshtra of poorva phalguni.

where as moon in 4th in pisces sign in uttarabhdra nakshtra whose lord is

saturn.As you rightly pointed out saturn in cancer is debilitated and

retrograde.This is your 8th house from lagna with jupiter placed in

cancer.jupiter is also in sani nakshtra.

All these point out to the delay in the matters relating to career.also your

10th house is in rahu-ketu axis.also you may note that mercury is also

retrograde.
