Nothing, in my opinion can be done to improve your physical condition by any magic, or remedy etc. You have to work hard and have patience. Mars and Jupiter in 12th and Moon in 8th are causing lot of problems. Mercury as sub lord of ascendent is giving you nervous tempranment. You can improve by Yoga and Pranayama. Try to be prudent about your expenditure. Curb expenditure and Save/invest in big company or Government Bonds only. Good luck.
