I checked out your cousin's chart. He has Vrishaba Lagna, and

Lagnadipati is in the 9th, in a friendly house, but subject to

Papa Katari Yoga by Surya and Ketu. Since Vrishaba is a fixed

sign, the lord of the 9th, Sani, becomes a badakadipati, though

he is a Raja Yoga Karaka.

 

The lord of the 5th is in the 7th, while the lord of the 9th is

in the 5th, unafflicted, and this is good.

 

Your cousin is running Guru Dasa [Jan 2001 - Jan 2017] and Sani

Bukti [Mar 2003 - Sep 2005]. Guru is the lord of the 8th, and he

is conjunct Kuja, the lord of the 12th, within 2 degrees. Though

Guru has a Shadvarga Vimshopak of 14.00, this means that the

effects will be minimized by ownership of dushtana houses.

 

Sani, on the other hand, is a benefic for Vrishaba Lagna, and

also has a Shadvarga Vimshopak of 17, and this makes him highly

benefic. However, he is a known delay-maker, and could be

slowing things down.

 

We also need to consider Gochara, and right now, Sani is Vakra

in the 5th, but he will turn helpful when he moves back into the

6th. However, Guru in the 8th is not good, though this will

change when Guru moves into the 9th in Sep 2005. Rahu and Ketu,

in the 2nd and the 8th respectively, are not helpful either.

 

Regarding marriage - it may take place in the dasa/buktis of the

lord of the 7th (Kuja), the planet in the 7th (Budha), the

planet aspecting the 7th (Sani/Kuja), or in the periods of

Kalartha Karaka Sukra. Since Guru is conjunct Kuja, and also

because Sani aspects the 7th, there is a good possibility of

marriage now. If it doesn't happen in Sani Bukti, it might

materialize in Budha Bukti, which follows Sani Bukti and lasts

from Sep 2005 - Jan 2008.

 

Regarding travel abroad, the 7th rules influence abroad, the 9th

rules travelling abroad, and the 12th rules comfort abroad. The

7th is aspected by its own lord, so your cousin may have a good

influence abroad, but the aspect of Sani could delay this. The

strength of the lord of the 9th being high, he will travel

abroad, but since the 9th is Badaka, again, some delays are

expected. The 12th has a not-so-high Bhava Bala of 6.9 rupas, so

comfort abroad may not be very high. However, since the 11th is

the strongest in terms of Bhava Bala with 10.6 rupas, he will

have a good amount of money.

aspected by Vakra Sani, and Budha can't offer much protection.

The Karma Nakshtra (10) is afflicted by Rahu and Ketu, but Guru

manages to keep the worst at bay. Kuja affects the Uday Nakshtra

(18) and the Manas Nakshatra (25), hampering progress and

causing tension. The Adhana Nakshatra (19) is protected by Guru

and Budha from Ketu, so this is not serious. Additionally, Budha

aspects the Raj Nakshatra (26) and provides hope. Please ask

your cousing to pray to God and be patient.

I Am a new member of the group and

was browsing through the messages when i found your

people...just wanted to know if you could help my

cousin out with his problem....He has been working

very hard for the last 2 years

and

looking forward to get permanent but

haven't been sucessful...he would like to know when he
