Rahu in 7th house

Hi Experts

 

I need a small favour. I have a cousin of mine working in the Army. His parents

are currently on the look out for a girl. He has a ceratain complication in his

horoscope. His 7th house is occupied by Rahu. I dont know his birth details but

his parents told me that his horoscope is cast correclty.

 

My questions are:

 

1. 7th house(kalathra stana)Rahu..Is it malefic?

2. If so what can be done (any pariharas)?

3. How should the girls horoscope be?.

 

As a student of Vedas myself I can think of doing a Navagraha Shanthi and

chanting durga suktham to get some releif. Also visiting "Thirunaageshwaram"

should help. Any other advice is most welcome.

Any way you mentioned about Rahus occupation in 7th house,kalathra

sthana.Initially I consider it is not bad.Some where I start and I start with

prasna lagna and assess good and bad for the boy.considering you as

cousin/brother/friend etc,the karak for marriage venus is in bhagya with sun and

dispositor saturn is in lagna in punarvasu aspecting 7th from there.More or less

Rahu too signifies like sani.hence propitation to Shri Anjaneya is suggested,One

more issue very important is the lagna lord Mercury's association in 11th house

with Rahu placed in pisces.This Rahu in prasna chart is getting aspect of

jupiter®and is in the nakshtra of Revathi,for which nakshtra lord is

Mercury(lagna lord).Propitating Vishnu and chanting Vishnu sahasra namam is most

sough after.

7th is also an odd sign and fiery rasi with both Mars and moon posited

there.Though Mars is posited in the nakshtra of venus, and moon in

uttiradham(suns nakshtra).This indicates that the girl certainly will be of some

where from north where north west direction from the place of birth of the boy.

Implications of Rahu in 7th indicates physical characters of medium colour and

very quick grasp and also of religious bent.There is indication that the

marriage in question may be happy of partnership even if delay may be there.

These significances are not drawn from natal chart and as a query/prasna from a

cousin.dasa for marriage(is also based on rahu's infuence in sun in kumbha) may

also be in setting soon after the saturn becoming normal ifrom present vakra.
