Saturn-Mars in 2nd house:Analysis Requested

Hi all members,

I kindly request you to analyse this situation.I have saturn-mars in

2nd house in cancer sign .I have gemini lagna and moon in

lagna .Jupiter,sun,venus,ketu are in 11th house in aries,sun is

exalted.Mercury in 12th house in Taurus sign.ie.and rahu in libra in

5th house.gemini lagna,gemini rashi.

My communication skills are not good.I determine to improve it.I will

be thinking something all the time.But while speking I couldnot

express myself in impressive manner,because of this my career is in

trouble.when this situation will change?is this happening because of

sadesati of gemini rashi?can anybody tell remedy of any bad effects

of graha?

What a coincidence ? mine is everyhitng same but kanya rashi. You must be of my age.
