What kind of Remidial measure will be helpful for the native for issue and stablity in profession.Of course stablity in service is difficult as 10th lord (lagna lord)places in 8th house.Still do you think Pokraj will help the native along with red coral(9th and 2nd lord). Instead,the native can try(along with spouse)through for some prayers and approach the issue on a selective basis. I leave the rest of the issues to you as you may like to advise as you feel befitting sine you know the native in close quarters.
