Om Purnamadah purnamidam purnat purnam-udacyate

Purnasya purnam-adaya purnam evavasisyate

Namaste,

Tomorrow May 9, Chandra will go into Rohini…this Nakshatra is the

Exaltation ppint for Chandra ( the moon)

and creates Akshaya Tritiya.

I mention this becasue many on this list are involved with Yajna.

Akshaya Tritiya - On this day, Surya, the sun, and Chandra, the

moon, are both exalted. They are the most prominent of all the nine

Grahas and only at this time of the year are they both

simultaneously in the state of exaltation, which means the state of

greatest brilliance. According to the Vedic texts, this was the day

when the ancient Brahma Rishi's performed the first yagya in the

history of mankind. This event also marked the beginning of a time,

when people lived happily in tune with Natural Law. The special

quality of this day is expressed in the word "Akshaya" which

means "undecaying" or "everlasting."

Sun is the atmakaraka for the Soul or Atma and is the most satvic of

the planets… Sun is Siva, or Ram ( Om Sri Ram; Nama Shivaya)

Moon is for Manas or mind; also as Matri Karaka related to Mother ;

to the Universal mother to Gauri, ( "fair" or white like the moon)

Parviti, Devi or Mother Divine;

May all good and satvic things come to the Family of Man on this

day… any huge changes for Enlightenment will be seen on future days

Of Akshya Tritiya, for it is the SUN that is the owner of all this (

Brahmn).
