Guest guest Posted May 13, 2006 Report Share Posted May 13, 2006 In the inner anger set there are two parts in which you have to beat the floor, once you have to beat the floor with your hands with all the anger in you and in the end you have to kick the ground with alternate feet. I have a downstairs neighbor who would absolutely not be pleased with me trying to get in touch with my inner anger in this way, I am afraid it will provoke her anger instead Is there a way to go around it, I might go to the bed and lie on it while hitting the floor with my hands or legs but I wonder how that effects the set as a whole as I have to get up, walk to the bed and afterward get up and lie on the floor again. Besides, the bed is quite soft compared to the floor. Could you please help me out with this cause I really want to start it. Finally after lots of debates with myself, putting of, thinking about neighbour I just decided to write which might mean my body is finally ready to accept this).
