Your 7th house is under influence of Nodes(Rahu-Ketu) with Ketu in 1st and Rahu in 7th house and no benefic planets in the quadrants. Moreover your 10 lord Moon is with Saturn forming Vish Yoga which will give you lot of tension. You also tend to take tension even if you are in depression.
