hi could someone please tell me an auspicious date & time(for a person

following US eastern time) anytime from today to pournami to start

chanting shiv/parvati/mahalakshmi mantra..esp for mahamritunjay

mantra ..tho pournami is considered auspicious will it matter that

this time moon is neecha ?can soemone pls provide a link to audiofile

of mahamritunjay mantra.
