Self realisation - sukh and dukh

Self-realisation is a different subject and different process and there are

several groups on that and a visitor would definitely be self-awakened even by

just reading mails and voluminous information one get in such groups. However,

it is a very difficult process needing a person to become self-less and

desire-less and then renounce everything. A person in that path need not

worship outwardly gods and planets but starts his journey inwards till he

reaches the "self" deep within after which he would be able to reach the "god"

within.

 

In JR you would find most visitors seeking to get the best in life i.e. comforts

like job, wife, children, money etc. One good on kriya yoga and

self-realisation is mantra-tantra, though there are many.

 

There is a sanskrit verse "Sarvam para vasam dukham, sarvam atma vasam sukham".

Unfortunately the perverted material hungry people these days have made it look

like "if we give anything to others, it is dukham, if we amass for ourselves and

become selfish, it is sukham".

What Malefics can do if you are a realised self

 

 

Dear friend

 

The thoughts mentioned by you shows the first step towards self-awakening. Once

a person is awakened, then he should undergo a self-purification process. Once

he is pure then he should become desireless. Once he achieves a desireless

state of mind, he would achieve self realisation i.e. seeing the god within you.

Afterwards, the kundalini would be awakened and would help you achieve god

realisation and salvation. If you go through this process, the difficult jargon

of ida, pingala, sushumna, chaging the courses of five vayus, awakening the

seven chakras etc. etc. etc. they all would start happening without your

knowledge. But easier said than done.
