Seventh lord Mercury occupies twelfth with ninth lord Sun. Mercury is deep combust. From Moon also, the seventh is aspected by twelfth lord moon and the seventh lord saturn occupies twelfth in retrograde and is aspected by fifth lord Jupiter (retrograde). This is responsible for the delayed marriage. In Navamsa the seventh is occupied by seventh & twelfth lord Mars. Fifth is occupied by Mercury. Saturn occupies fifth with fifth lord Mercury & aspects seventh lord Mars in Seventh. Still the chart is not so ill disposed for marriage so as to deny marriage to the native. However looking into the afflictions in the chart, matching of horoscope is of utmost importance. I am surprised to note that native is not married yet.
