Only when I have answered the query, direct addressing should be done for further clarifications. I have been getting off-group mails also. Please note that I am a professional astrologer and, most of the times, I am busy with my regular clients, online and in person also. I will be forced to ask for my fees for such personal off-group consultations. If anyone feels like having private consultations, he or she should be ready to pay the dakshina too. Nothing wrong in it. This group functions as a platform for astrological discussions. Please maintain the decorum of this group and do not try to create sections by direct addressal of the problems to any one astrologer. All astrologers here are providing free guidance with no personal gains in their minds. If the mails are addresses to me, other astrologers will not feel like responding to it, even when they have solutions to the queries. So, an open post to all members will invite more and better answers. One is if in forum one does not get response , then the client sends personal email in which the client can share more information, second is sometimes a particular astrologer seems to be answering queries related to particular type of problem well. Like in my case when I answered few cases involving matrimonial life problems and psychological illnesses in my postings, I was flooded with private emails. As I am not professional astrologer , I take lenient view. I decide based on urgency and seriousness of the case whether to entertain personal client and with what priority. In fact in some cases I have replied personally as I though some finding were too personal in nature to be posted on the forum. Another advantage is that in one to one interactions you do not have to give rationale behind the analysis which saves time. So I think it depends on how look at it. I have come to know that the senders of these mails send them privately to almost everyone, whom they find answering mails on the group. I have answered some delicate issues in some mails. But, many are normal problems and after getting six to seven subsequent mails from them, I was forced to ask them to join my clientage formally. After that, the mails always stop. These people have no respect for an astrologer's time and efforts. They just want to gather as much information from as many people as possible for free and that too privately. Even on the group, the rationale should be given if it is asked for. Otherwise, there is no need to further confuse an individual, who wants simple and straight answers, by astrological rhetorics and reasonings. But, when discussing an astrological rule or yoga, every detail and reason is valuable. Only reason for addressing a specific person on the group - because probably I am comfortable that way. And I do respect the rights of the members to reply to a query or not. In case they want to charge for the services let them make clear the terms for services and their mail ids for the purpose. Even I do believe there is nothing called free lunch in this world.
