The word TAPAH

Dear friends,

 

 

The word TAPAH literally means

 

mending our actions as well as thoughts

 

SARVA TAPAN NASHAYTI ITI TAPAH

( which eradicates/ destroys all forms of pains)

 

The secondary meaning of the TAPAH is

 

heating your MULADHARA CHAKRA

by repetition of some Mantra/ Breathing exercises/Physical

Exercises/Medicines etc.

 

to force formation of OJAH SHAKTI from your stored sexual energy-

for quick arousal of the KUNDALINI SHAKTI.

 

Unless the SADHAK or practioner is firmly grounded in

morality (YAMA AND NIYAMA)

 

the energy attained by temporary arousal of KUNDALINI SHAKTI

CAN NOT BE RETAINED FOR LONGER.

 

For obvious reasons the second way is not easier for us.

 

Therefore, we should prefer the first way of mending our ways:-

 

habits, thoughts and actions and surrender ourselves to the God.
