RETROGATE PLANET - CAN ANY BODY HELP??

to all gurujis pranam,

i was reading about retrogate planet and from different books i came to

know the following:

1. retrogate planet is strong than the direct planet.

2. retrogate planet gives the effect opposit to direct planet. for

example if a retrogate planet in its NEECH RASI then it will give the

effect as it is in UCHHA RASI.

3. regtrogate planet is strong than the direct planet and gives the

same type of effect as a direct planet with more intensity.

 

now, i am confuse about point no2 and point no3 above. can anybody

explain which one is correct?????????????
