Guest guest
Respected Members, Generally once a horoscope is interpreted by an astrologer it is the normal practise to go along with what has been said and try to overcome those problems, but what happens if one astrologer says something completely opposite of another astrolger? As astrological advice can have a far-stretched affect on a persons life it is necessary therefore to seek the advice of the consensus - a second or third opinion even. My horoscope details when interpreted by astrologers in the past have always indicated a problem with getting along with people in terms of relationships and so-forth, and have also termed me manglik, however i have always felt that im actually a very kind hearted and nice person to get along with then why do i always feel as if i cannot relate to everyone properly, or shy away from certain social situations. Astrologers have pedicted that because of my rahu-ketu on the first-seventh house axis coupled with mars in the first house would cause me a divorce. But i also have jupiter in lagna WITH the Mangal and Rahu, so would that not be a positive affect on my marriage? Till now i have always accepted the fact that i will have marital problems once i get married (as i am still single)and learned to cope with the fact that marriage will not be heaven for me. However, recently one astrolger said that i will have a happy marriage and will not have anything like a divorce etc and it was said that all other astrolgers have been incorrect in advising me so. I respect all astrolgers advices, and understand that everyone will have a different interpretation of events, However astrology cannot be so far different that two people give such opposite views...or can it? So i therefore ask the opinion of everyone in this group to give me the views of their interpretations and how such conclusions have been reached. I am a Leo Ascendant, with Mars/Rahu/Jupiter in lagna, Mercury/Ketu in 7th house. My details are: Date of Birth: 05 February 1980 Time of Birth: 07:10 PM place: London, UK It will be interestin to know how astrologers can caste their views on the different aspects in this chart! Many thanks- look forward to the conclusion. Warm Regards, Shivani
Guest guest
Dear friend, I think when analysis of chart is given along with reasons, there will be no contradiction, even beginners can add and improve their knowledge. As regarding, human behaviour- just think judiciously- how would you react if you get the same treatment as you give to others. Adding my comments in uppercase just below yours. , "shivani_dass" <shivani_dass> wrote: > the first-seventh house axis coupled with mars in the first house > would cause me a divorce. NO THIS IS NOT TRUE, MARS IS THE MOST BENEFIC PLANET AND YOGA KARAKA FOR LEO LAGNA. But i also have jupiter in lagna WITH the > Mangal and Rahu, so would that not be a positive affect on my > marriage? YES, IT WILL HAVE YOUR RAHU IS A SERVANT OF THE SUN SIGN LORD RAHU WILL PROVE MOST BENEFIC FOR YOU- CONJUNCT 3 YOGA KARAKA- YOGA KARAKA HOUSE- LAGNA- A FIRST RATE TRINE YOGA KARAKA JUPITER YOGA KARAKA MARS > > > Till now i have always accepted the fact that i will have marital > problems once i get married (as i am still single)and learned to cope > with the fact that marriage will not be heaven for me. THERE IS NO SOUND BASIS OF YOUR NEGATIVE THINKINGS However, > recently one astrolger said that i will have a happy marriage and > will not have anything like a divorce etc and it was said that all > other astrolgers have been incorrect in advising me so. YES, WHAT HE TOLD YOU IS JUSTIFIED AND REASONABLE AS EXPLINED ABOVE SIMPLY PREDICTING BAD WITHOUT- REASONABLE ASSESSMENT IS NOT CORRECT. JUST CHECK THE NEGATIVE RESULT OF KETU'S PLACEMENT IN 7TH HOUSE. OTHEREWISE THERE IS NO FAULT IN YOUR CHART. Guest guest
Dear Shivani, It is frustrating, more so for the nativity, but also for astrologers when they run into situations like these where there have been discrepancies in the past as to the interpretation or more often the 'weight of significance' given to a combination or factor, such as KSY, Sade sati of shani, mangal dosh or the presence of rahu ketu in ascendant/7th (often seen in the charts of individuals who have been married for more than two decades despite problems, where others with mahapurusha yoga or other benefic combinations in 1/7 have parted company within months of holy matrimony!). This is rendered more complicated when 2nd opinions are sought without the 2nd expert being privy to the 1st expert's train of thought. There is also the problem about not fully documenting the train of thought or factors that lead to a 'prediction' or reading. This is not as easy as it seems or is made out to be. Individuals often confuse internet or discussion group snippets of readings as being a properly done reading. The settings are different, the purposes are different and the expertise varies from individual to another. There is also the factor of the nativity misinterpreting what was originally said or even written. Such can be the overriding influence of dashas and transits at times that despite getting a written reading, individuals have gone out to seek gemstones that were not prescribed and getting into trouble or having no effect whatsoever. Hence, over the years I have begun to see the value in a properly done one-on-one reading with followup, as opposed to what I call McJyotish (the fast-food trend in astrology). Please do not misinterpret this as advice against internet jyotish, but just so the expectations entertained by seekers become more realistic, and jyotish does not mistakenly get the blame. Wishing you success in the solution that you seek.
