The reason for the difference in the house positions is due to the different use of ayanamsha. However, most astrologers accept the Lahiri ayananamsha to be the most accurate. Although Jupiter may be in maranatha sthana, there are benefits to the condition. Such as, you will be assured of being fully employed until you want to retire or start a business. Jupiter is exalted in the dasamsa chart which promises a good chance of attaining a lucrative retirement package, or inheritance.
