The reason for being delay in marriage is due to conjuction of mars with lord of house of marriage in D-1 and D-9. Martian influence on seventh house lord may give marriage after the age of 28 yrs. There is no denial of marriage but it may furthe delau in marriage. It is very good kundlil for higher education and service/ business income.SOme inheritence or legacy is promised in coming period.
