Going through very bad phase of my life, can you tell me some definite remedy?

I am Indra,

Place of Birth: Pune

Date of Birth: 30-10-1969

Time of Birth: 21 : 05

Moon sign : Gemini

Asc sign : Gemini

Shani mahadasha from 1992.

 

I am currently suffering from last phase of Sadesati and in very bad

phase of my life. I am not happy with personal, family and professional

life. I am trying very hard to acheive results but more tension and

sterss is faced day by day. I cannot bare the tesnion, someday I fear I

will brakdown. No success anywhere. I can' sleep more than 3 hours.

Sometimes thinks about finishing my life. Can you please suggest remedy

to come out of this situation and also when I will get peaceful mind,

please let me know.
